By using Telemedkiosk you agree to our terms of service. Telemedkiosk provides non-emergency telehealth consultations only and is not a substitute for emergency care. For life-threatening emergencies, call 911 or go to the nearest emergency room.
Pricing
$49.99 per consultation. No insurance required. All major credit and debit cards accepted.
Privacy
Telemedkiosk is committed to protecting your privacy. This section explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.
Protected Health Information (PHI)
Telemedkiosk is fully HIPAA-compliant. Any protected health information shared during a consultation is encrypted, stored securely, and never shared with third parties without your explicit consent, except as required by law.
Marketing & Contact Information
When you subscribe to our newsletter, submit a contact form on our website, or respond to one of our ads on social media, we collect limited personal information such as your name, email address, and phone number (including WhatsApp). This information is separate from your health records and is used only for:
- Sending newsletters, promotions, and wellness updates
- Responding to inquiries submitted through our forms
- SMS or WhatsApp communication related to offers or appointment reminders, where you've opted in
We do not sell or rent your contact information to third parties.
Your Choices
You may unsubscribe from marketing emails or texts at any time using the unsubscribe link included in every email, or by contacting us directly at info@telemedkiosk.com. Opting out of marketing communications does not affect your ability to book or receive clinical consultations.
Data Storage & Security
Marketing contact information is stored using industry-standard encrypted platforms. We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your data from unauthorized access, loss, or misuse.
Third-Party Services
We may use third-party platforms (such as email/SMS marketing providers and advertising platforms) to deliver communications. These providers are contractually obligated to handle your data securely and only for the purposes we've authorized.
